At Little Brains, a student is not a roll number but a distinct individual with his/her own uniqueness, strengths and cultural diversity. Understanding that each student has a different disposition towards knowledge and hence learns differently, our classes are deliberately kept compact, with only 15 students per class, to allow teachers to personalize the curriculum to make each child enjoy the process of learning.
We strive to create an interactive and entertaining environment that stimulates the desire to be inquisitive and to learn new skills and concepts. We practice a student–centered approach enriched with activities that develop the imagination, thinking and creative skills and concepts.
Not ‘teaching’ but ‘Mentoring’
In fact, the strength and pride of Little Brains are its Mentors. Each one of them is hand-picked on the basis of academic qualifications, experience, training and above all, passion for teaching and unconditional love for children. We go to great lengths to ensure a high quality staff, since the role of mentors extends much beyond classroom teaching. They are accessible to parents and students alike for one-on-one consultations, to address individual educational needs and are always eager to help. The comparatively small size of each class enables our Mentors to engage in Micro Teaching, providing enhanced attention to each student.
Dual teaching System
To bring the effectiveness in classroom teaching, we have introduced dual teaching system in our school . Two teachers walk into class instead of a single teacher for each and every subject. Which helps the kids to have a productive time and a great interaction with teachers.
No Exams and No Marks
Marks are not the parameters of any student’s skill or talent, so we follow the system where we enhance the conceptual understanding than making the students running after the Marks..
